Explore how sessions run, how warm the room is, and which level fits today. Come as you are, prepared and at ease.
A water bottle, comfortable clothes, and a mat if you have one. We provide props; towels are recommended for Hot Yoga.
Breathable, stretchy layers. Bare feet on the mat. Avoid zippers or loose jewelry.
We use three level tags: Beginner • Intermediate • All Levels. If unsure, choose All Levels or Beginner.
Mats and props are available; bringing your own is welcome. Please wipe down studio gear after use.
Reserve online. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without a fee. Late cancellations/no-shows count as a visit.
Please tell the instructor before class and get medical clearance when needed. We’ll offer joint-friendly modifications and alternatives.
Heated room ~32–36°C, steady pacing, and plenty of water breaks. Bring a towel and hydrate before and after.
Yes. Every class includes clear cues and options. Start with Beginner or All Levels and build at your pace.
