New Yin Class

October adds a refreshed schedule and a new evening Yin class for deeper sleep and clearer mornings.
We’ve nudged a few weeknight times so after-work arrivals are easier and added a mid-week Yin option for quiet, supported rest. Expect long holds, generous props, and simple breath cues that settle the nervous system without effort.
When you match breath to a clear count, the body reads the pattern as safety. Heart rate evens out, shoulders soften, and the mind has one small job: follow the numbers. Most people feel a noticeable shift after three to five rounds—lighter in the chest and clearer behind the eyes.
Slower on purpose so rest arrives on time.
Autumn often means fuller calendars and less daylight. Yin pairs well with strength or flow earlier in the week and helps you close the day without carrying tension forward.
Check the schedule, save your spot, and give yourself a quieter mid-week
The updated times are live on the schedule. If you’re new to Yin, start with one session, notice how sleep and mood shift, and build from there. We’re happy to suggest props or modifications—just ask at the desk before class.
